Day 1 fly from Addis Abeba to DireDawa & then drive to Harar.

Transfer to the airport for your flight to DireDawa and upon arrival at DireDawa airport, drive to Harar; the two cities are 54 km apart. Up on arrival you will visit the train station & kefira market then proceed to Harar

Day 2 city tour in Harar

Harar is unique with in Ethiopia; the combination of countless mosques and shrines, busy market places, coffee scented streets, crumbling walls and charming people probably the most colourful in Ethiopia, remind one of a bygone era. It is more reminiscent of Fez in morocco than it is of any other Ethiopian city. The main attraction of the Harar is the walled city of jagol, which lies at the centre of the city. The afternoon will be dedicated to a city tour of Harar. We will get to visit the house where poet Rimbaud lived. Harar was the poet’s favourite city and he established quarters there in order to trade in arms destined for emperor menelik. In the evening you will visit the hyena man feeding hyenas from his mouth.

Day 3 fly back to Addis Abeba

On the way to DireDawa to fly back to Addis Abeba ,we may have a stop to visit the famous chat market in aweday. After we come back to Addis Abeba, it would be the end of the sevice

Meeting location

As per your flight arrival time or time you would like to start the tour, we will meet you at the airport with a sign of your name after you get out of the terminal building or we will pick you up from where you are in Adisss Abeba, any hotel or any other location.

End location

Customers would be left at their hotel in Adiss Abeba, the airport or any place in the city where they would like.
